If you must cancel for any reason you must notify us in writing by Dec 22, 2015. Please contact us via email at email@example.com. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. You may transfer your registration to another person by Jan 9, 2016 by providing authorization to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Confirmed and paid attendees who do not attend or who cancel after the deadline are liable for the entire fee. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the conference, the liability of Brinc is limited to the return of paid registration fees.
Our goal is to capture the excitement of our events, and you may see photographers or videographers (including ones we’ve hired) documenting this event. It’s possible that you would appear in some of these shots. We also encourage attendees to share their conference experiences through social media.
We invite you to speak directly with any photographer if you have concerns about their activities. Photos or videos taken by or on behalf of Brinc may be posted on one or more of our sites or used in future marketing materials and publications.
